A lender’s perspective. A borrower’s advocate.
Cali Capital NY LLC is a commercial mortgage brokerage helping property owners and investors source, structure and close financing for multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties.
Financing aligned with your ownership objectives.
CCNY works with property owners and investors on acquisition financing, refinancing, portfolio transactions, permanent debt, bridge financing, construction financing and owner-occupied commercial financing.
The firm guides each assignment from initial underwriting and lender selection through transaction structuring, term negotiation, due diligence and closing. CCNY evaluates proceeds, pricing, flexibility and closing requirements in the context of the property and the borrower’s objectives.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the transaction, identify the right capital sources, communicate clearly and see it through.
- Financing across multiple commercial real estate asset classes
- Property-level underwriting and financing analysis
- Guidance from lender selection through closing
- Long-term relationships with borrowers and capital sources
